DESCA is an entirely self-financed project. The Core Group members are all volunteers, some of whom even perform their DESCA work in their private time.

The DESCA Core Groupís essential task is to provide and maintain the DESCA Model Consortium Agreement. DESCA does not offer any type of Help Desk service. Anyone wishing for advice or assistance on Consortium Agreement issues may wish to go to the IPR Helpdesk Helpline, their National Contact Point for legal and financial matters or any other national contact person.
